Elegantly carved from either wood or basalt, the Taweret Hippo is considered Analogue's mascot. In ancient Egyptian mythology, Taweret was the goddess of fertility and the protection of women during pregnancy and childbirth. Analogue's Hippo embodies the traits of Taweret—strength, resilience, and regeneration—only in a contemporary, minimal body.
