Six months at Bronze, a year at Silver, two years at Gold and at Platinum, counted from the day you reach the room. Reach the next one inside it and a new clock starts there; miss it and you step back one room, never the house.

How it is counted

A tally kept in pencil.

Every Egyptian pound you pay us, VAT included, is a point, counted the moment the payment lands. A refund takes its points back with it.

Points are never recalculated behind your back, but they do keep time. The clock starts the day you reach a room and runs for that room's window — six months at Bronze, twelve at Silver, two years at Gold and at Platinum. Buying does not move it: reaching the next room is what starts a new one.

Letting a window pass costs one room, not the house: you step back a single door, the count is set to that door's threshold, and that room's own window begins. At Bronze there is no door below, so the count goes back to zero and the membership stays. Private Client is the exception and does not expire.
